In Practice — Case Study
Noonday Lode
A 15-acre cabin build in Blaine County, Idaho
Noonday Lode is faircompanies.build's reference project — a real parcel used to develop and validate the platform's nine-stage workflow. The site is a heavily sloped, 15-acre agricultural parcel in the mountains of Blaine County, Idaho, with wildfire interface designation and off-grid utility requirements.
The project ran through parcel feasibility, lot fit analysis, jurisdiction research, vernacular design precedents, generative concept development, and permit strategy — producing a site-aware cabin concept recommendation before any architect was engaged.
Each stage output is documented to show what the platform produces, what it flags as requiring professional verification, and where it draws the boundary between intelligent guidance and licensed judgment.
