What happens if I run out of credits on Hobby?+
You can keep reading your projects, but new chat turns and exports are blocked until next month. Upgrade to Pro for 500 credits / month, rollover, and the full nine-stage workflow.
What's included in the 14-day Pro trial?+
Everything Pro includes — all 9 stages, unlimited projects, 5 GB storage, full credit allowance. Cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal any time during the trial and you won't be charged.
How is Enterprise different from Pro?+
Enterprise unlocks faircompanies.build Console — a workbench where your team curates a Library of reference projects, codes, and standards, then saves Prompt Presets that bind to them. Plus team management, SSO, and a dedicated success contact. Credits are pooled at the org level (or distributed per seat, your call). Custom-model fine-tuning is on the roadmap.
Do credits roll over?+
Pro plans roll over up to one period of unused credits (500 max). Enterprise contracts define their own rollover policy. Hobby credits don't roll over.
Can I get a refund?+
If a feature fails on our end, the matching credits are refunded automatically — same period, same balance. For subscription refunds, contact [email protected].
