International

faircompanies.build is US-only today — for good reasons, and not for long.

Real-estate workflows are jurisdiction-locked. Every country — often every state, province, county, and city — has its own zoning code, parcel registry, hazard data, and permit path. We’re lighting them up region by region rather than shipping shallow “world-wide” support that can’t produce a real permit.

Tell us where you are. We’ll email you when faircompanies.build supports your region — and the signal helps us prioritize what comes next.

Where we are

United States

Available

Full nine-stage workflow — feasibility through permit-ready deliverables — across all 50 states. Jurisdiction depth varies by region.

Canada

Up next

Provincial zoning + municipal permits — the closest data shape to US. First international region we’re scoping.

Europe & UK

Researching

Every country has its own planning regime — Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, UK each need their own ingest path.

Latin America

Scoping interest

Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Colombia have strong demand signals. Municipal data availability is the gating variable.

Why US-first

Depth before breadth.

A useful answer to “what can I build here?” requires the right parcel registry, zoning ordinance, hazard model, and permit process for the specific lot — all of which differ jurisdiction by jurisdiction. The US alone has thousands of permitting authorities; covering it well takes data partnerships with Regrid, Shovels, Zoneomics, First Street, LightBox, PermiGuide, LandLogic, and others.

We’d rather support fewer regions deeply than every region shallowly. A shallow international launch would deliver confident-sounding answers that wouldn’t survive a real permit submission — that’s worse than no answer.

So we’re lighting up regions one at a time, partnering with local data providers in each, and validating against real jurisdictions before we promise availability. Your sign-up tells us where the demand is.
