The workflow

Nine stages from parcel to permit

Each stage builds on the last. You can enter at any point, but the sequence is designed so that each decision is informed before money is committed.

  1. 01

Go / no-go before design begins. Understand what may be buildable, what constraints apply, and what must be verified — before expensive design work starts.

  2. 02
    Lot Fit

Building type and siting recommendations based on the parcel geometry, setbacks, and slope.

  3. 03

Local precedents, entitlement paths, and pre-approved plan programs that could reduce permit time.

  4. 04
    Vernacular Research

Design precedents native to the specific place — materials, forms, and typologies that have worked before.

  5. 05
    Design

Translate plain-language intent into a structured design brief with intelligent guidance.

  6. 06
    BIM / CAD

Building Information Modeling / CAD — ingest model files, validate structure, and extract design intelligence for downstream stages.

  7. 07
    Deliverables

Generate scope lists, bills of materials, cut lists, and construction packages.

  8. 08

Map the permitting path and sequence agency submissions for the fastest approval route.

  9. 09

Align budget with scope and identify cost/value tradeoffs before committing to construction.
