Phases 07–09 — The Workflow

Permit + Delivery

The final phase converts the confirmed design into the documents and decisions needed to break ground. Three stages handle different parts of the handoff: packages, approvals, and budget.

Deliverables (stage 07) generates the construction-facing outputs: scope of work, bill of materials, cut lists, and assembly sequences — formatted so a builder or fabricator can act on them directly. Permit Strategy (stage 08) maps the full permitting path: which permits are required, in what sequence, which agencies to engage first, and what commonly triggers discretionary review or additional studies. Value Engineering (stage 09) identifies where scope can flex — what to protect, what to defer, and what to cut — before commitments are made.

Done well, this phase means no surprises at the bid table, no permit delays from missing documentation, and no scope creep during construction. The project enters the field with a clear path from first shovel to certificate of occupancy.
